Welcome to this first podcast in a series designed to help you to find, speak and live your purpose. In this episode I explore the importance of paying attention to how you feel, think and respond to the world around you.

In today’s world, especially in the workplace we are constantly encouraged to seek and listen to feedback from others. This is undoubtedly important as we can learn much from others. But there is a danger relying too much on others’ perception; we become everything to everyone and risk becoming nobody to ourselves.

Listen to find out how my simple three step exercise will help you pay attention to what you feel and think about a situation. Combining this with the feedback from others will help you to make decisions aligned to your values and who you are. In short, by being someone to yourself, you will become someone to others.
